CySEC is the financial regulator of the Republic of Cyprus, established according to section 5 of the Securities and Exchange Commission (Establishment and Responsibilities) Law of 2001.

As an investment firm authorised by a regulator of an EU Member State, Eurotrader is allowed to offer its services on a cross-border basis to the European Economic Area (EEA) countries that permit the provision of its services in their jurisdictions.
